How MathConstruct works

Build the story with the objects, then choose the help you need.

Move an object

Click and hold an object in the object bank.
Drag it into the collection, removed area, group, or recipient area.
Release the mouse button to place it.

You can also click an object once and then click the destination area.

Build groups or shares

For equal groups, use Add group or Copy group, then place objects in each group. For equal sharing, move objects among the recipient areas until the shares are equal.

Get tutor help

Choose one of the support options. The tutor receives the problem, your current arrangement, your recent actions, and verified mathematical facts. It then chooses an appropriate teaching strategy. Python checks the mathematics, safety, and answer protection before the response is shown.

Change your work

Use Undo to reverse the latest change, Reset to restart the current problem, and Next question when you are ready to continue.
